KARACHI, Dec 10: Judge Arshad Noor Khan of the Anti-terrorism Court No 3 has been transferred and ordered to report to the Sindh High Court. A notification to this effect was issued on Saturday by the SHC. He is stated to have been replaced by Judge Saghir Hussain Zaidi.
