KARACHI: Banks will observe office hours from 9am to 6pm with prayer break from 1pm to 2.30pm on Friday, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) announced on Thursday.

All banks are required to follow the same timings. The SBP did not clarify anything about the Saturday off. The SBP said further instructions on regular office timing will be issued subsequently.
