KURRAM: A constable was injured when unidentified persons hurled a grenade onto a police station in Sadda Bazaar of Kurram tribal district on Saturday.

Kurram district police officer Arbab Shafiullah said the grenade attack left a constable injured. He said the attackers escaped the area.

The injured constable was shifted to Sadda hospital for treatment.

The police launched a search operation to track down the attackers.
