Pakistan has reported 75 coronavirus cases and four deaths over the past 24 hours.

The country's infection tally has risen to 1,527,486 and the death toll has climbed to 30,368.

A breakdown of the cases and deaths is as follows:

• Punjab: 37 cases, 1 death
• Sindh: 24 cases, 3 deaths
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 8 cases
• Islamabad: 6 cases
