HYDERABAD, Dec 3: The sup-erintending engineer of the Pin-yari circle, Hyderabad, has anno-unced the water rotation programme. He said old Phuleli, Pinyari feeder (lower) and its system channels, Pinyari branch and its system and the Darro branch and its system would remain closed from Dec 15 to Ma-rch 15, for maintenance works.
