HYDERABAD, Dec 1: The chief manager of the State Bank, Hyderabad, Sher Alam Khan, has said the banking sector is performing a key role in the import and export financing and in promoting industrial development of the country.

He was speaking at a seminar organized by the Institute of Bankers Club of Pakistan on “Import and export financing” here on Wednesday.

He said some changes had been made in banking policies. —Bureau
