HARIPUR, Nov 27: A man was killed and another was injured when their motorcycle crashed into a tree on Khanpur Road on Sunday. Police said that Tajamul Hussain and his cousin Kamran were going to Rawalpindi on their motorcycle when it skidded off the road and crashed into a tree. Tajamul died on the spot, while Kamran was injured and admitted to the DHQ Hospital, Haripur.

SUICIDE: A boy committed suicide in Khalabat Township police area on Sunday.

Police said that the 16-year-old boy, Gul Afzal, 16, shot and injured himself with a pistol near the Jagal village after a domestic dispute.

The boy was taken to the DHQ Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
