Sindh has reported 3,648 coronavirus cases and one death during the last 24 hours, according to a handout issued by the Chief Minister's Office.

During this period, 16,735 samples were tested. The total number of cases has risen to 511,124 and the death toll is 7,710, the statement said.

In addition, 28 samples were also tested for the Omicron variant during the last 24 hours, out of which 26 came back positive. The statement added that so far the province has reported more than 500 Omicron cases.
