Sindh has reported 1,648 coronavirus cases over the past 24 hours, following which the province's infection tally has risen to 490,285.

According to the daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office, no coronavirus-related fatalities were reported during this period and the death toll stands at 7,691.
