Sindh has reported 229 new coronavirus cases over the past 24 hours, following which the provincial tally has increased to 479,136.

According to the daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office, no new Covid-19-related fatalities have been reported in the province and the death toll stands at 7,661.
