Another 136 people have recovered from the coronavirus in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, according to the government's Covid-19 portal.

The country's total recoveries from the virus have risen to 1,251,914.

The portal shows that there are 9,451 active patients in the country, of whom 704 are in critical condition.
