SHEIKHUPURA, Nov 19: A man was crushed under the wheels of a train near Shahdara while trying to flee the ticket checker on Saturday. Shabbir Husain of Ahmadabad, Narang Mandi, was reportedly travelling in a Lahore-bound train without ticket. He tried to change the compartment on seeing a ticket checker, slipped and fell on the track and was crushed.

Railway police handed over the body to his family.
