Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has detected 48 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, down from 71 a day earlier, and four more deaths, one fewer than yesterday.

The province's caseload has risen to 180,194 while its death toll stands at 5,855.

Meanwhile, Balochistan has reported three more infections, taking its tally to 33,491.
