Sindh has reported 393 coronavirus cases and 13 deaths over the past 24 hours, according to a statement issued by the Chief Minister's Office.

According to the statement, 10,483 tests were conducted during this period and 273 patients recovered from Covid-19 in the province.

The province's infection tally now stands at 461,980 and the death toll has climbed to 7,497.
