Sindh has reported 281 coronavirus cases and three deaths over the past 24 hours, according to a statement issued by the Chief Minister's Office.

A total of 6,083 tests were conducted during this period and 506 patients recovered from Covid-19, the statement said.

The province's infection tally now stands at 461,288 and death toll has climbed to 7,474.
