Sindh has reported 980 new coronavirus cases and 14 more deaths in the last 24 hours, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said in a statement.

The province's tally of infections has risen to 448,030 while the death toll has reached 7,224.

Moreover, 20,313 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours while the Covid-19 positivity rate was recorded at 4.8 per cent, according to the statement.
