Sindh has reported 1,082 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the tally of infections to 443,038.

According to a handout from the Chief Minister's Office, 27 more people succumbed to the virus, taking the death toll to 7,116.

Moreover, 21,002 tests were conducted while the positivity rate was recorded at 5.2 per cent.
