KANDAHAR, Nov 2: Taliban insurgents killed five Afghan policemen after a fierce four-hour battle on the border with Pakistan, police said on Wednesday, denying Taliban claims the men were beheaded.

Police clashed with the Taliban militants in the Bahramcha area of insurgency-hit Helmand province late Tuesday, Dishu district police commander Mohammed Rasoul told AFP.
