Sindh has reported 1,459 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours as well as 15 additional fatalities, according to a handout from the Chief Minister's Office.

This has taken the province's tally of infections to 422,414 and the death toll to 6,627.

During the last 24 hours, the positivity rate in Sindh was recorded at eight per cent.
