Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has reported 783 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours — the highest in over three months with 792 cases on May 6. The region also reported 25 coronavirus-related fatalities over the past 24 hours.

The total number of infections has now increased to 157,148 while the death toll from the disease now stands at 4,797.

Meanwhile, the total number of Covid-19 cases in Balochistan has increased to 31,845 after the detection of 26 new infections. The death toll remains 335.
