Tunisia relaxes curfew as coronavirus outbreak slows
The Tunisian presidency has said the country's nightly curfew will be relaxed and cafes and restaurants will be allowed to remain open until 10pm as part of an easing of anti-Covid restrictions.
Reuters reports that this step comes amid a decline in the number of coronavirus infections, and a clear increase in vaccination rates.
The presidency has adjusted the curfew hours to a narrower stretch from midnight to 5am instead of 10pm to 5am.
