Sindh has reported 1,118 new coronavirus cases and eight deaths during the last 24 hours, according to a statement issued by the chief minister's office.

During this period, 15,998 samples were tested. The total number of cases has risen to 347,478 and the death toll is 5,607.

The last time Sindh had reported more daily cases was on May 29, when 1,342 infections were logged.
