KHAIRPUR, Oct 27: Activists of the Sindh National Front took out a procession from the Mariam Toap chowk in protest against withdrawal by the Sindh governor of an order about teaching of Sindhi language in intermediate classes.

SNF leader Allah Warayo Soomro led the protesters. The protesters passed through the main roads of the town and staged a demonstration outside the press club.

They were carrying banners and placards and raising slogans demanding withdrawal of amendment in the language act.

Allah Warayo Soomro and other district leaders alleged that the MQM had hatched a conspiracy against Sindhi language. They alleged that the MQM did not want to solve the problems of the people of Sindh and was against the teaching of Sindhi language.
