HYDERABAD, Oct 26: The anniversary of the martyrdom of Hazrat Ali (A.S) was observed with solemnity throughout the interior Sindh on Wednesday. Majalis were held at Imam-bargahs and Zoljinah mourning processions were taken out.

In Hyderabad, the central procession was taken out from Karbala Dadan Shah and after marching on main roads the procession returned to Dadan Shah Pir.

Iftari was arranged at Mehfil-i-Hussaini and other places for the participants of the mourning procession.

Police had made strict security arrangements to control any untoward situation.
