Punjab reported 223 new coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours, marking the fifth straight day the province confirmed less than 300 cases.

The province's tally of infections has reached 343,926.

Meanwhile, 22 more people succumbed to the virus in the province, increasing the death toll to 10,501.
