Sindh has reported 868 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours — down from 914 a day earlier — taking the provincial tally to 319,444, according to an update from Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah's office.

It also marks the third straight day the province has reported less than 1,000 daily infections.

Moreover, 12 more people succumbed to the virus, taking the death toll to 5,051.
