Germany to make J&J's Covid-19 vaccine available to all adults
Germany is set to make Johnson & Johnson's Covid-19 vaccine available to all adults, said Health Minister Jens Spahn, adding that they would be able to receive the shot on the advice of a doctor.
The decision reflects Germany's progress in vaccinating its seniors, Spahn said, adding he expected everyone aged 60 and above who wanted to be vaccinated to be offered a shot by late May or early June.
With millions of J&J doses due to arrive later in the second quarter of this year, it made sense to make the shot more widely available, he added.
