Sindh has reported 1,110 new cases of the novel coronavirus, raising the provincial tally to 290,756.

Moreover, the daily situation report issued by the Chief Minister's Office confirmed the deaths of 24 more patients due to the virus.

The death toll now stands at 4,722.
