The federal education ministry has advised private educational institutions in the capital to grant a 20 per cent concession in the monthly fee of students during schools' closure due to the third coronavirus wave.
In a letter to the principals of private institutions in Islamabad, the ministry said the concession should be provided with effect from April 2021 till the reopening of schools.
However, the concession policy will not apply to private educational institutions charging a monthly tuition fee less than Rs8,000, according to the letter.
