MARDAN, Oct 16: Police arrested a number of ‘proclaimed offenders’ and recovered weapons in raids in Rurya town in the Hoti area on Saturday. A police party raided the houses of former naib nazim Noor Ahmed Shah and Munir Bacha from where they seized arms and ammunition. Police arrested Mr Bacha, Mr Shah and another ‘outlaw’ Shamsul Islam, the official added.
