Sindh has reported 241 new cases of the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours, up from 171 recorded a day earlier, according to an update from Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah's office.

The provincial caseload has risen to 261,823.

Sindh also reported seven more fatalities, taking the death toll to 4,468.

The update added that 8,878 Covid-19 tests were conducted while 184 more people recovered.
