ISLAMABAD, Oct 14: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has temporarily allowed telecom operators to provide communication facilities in Azad Kashmir. The decision to this effect has been taken to augment communication facilities being provided by the Special Communication Organisation (SCO) in the quake-affected state, said a statement here Friday.
