NCOC asks frontline health workers to register for Covid-19 vaccine

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has asked all frontline health workers to get themselves registered for vaccine administration in their respective areas.

In a statement, Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Minister Asad Umar said that frontline workers are the top priority and all efforts will be made for their safety and protection.

Breakdown of health workers vaccinated across the country so far:

  • Sindh: 32,860
  • Punjab: 15,494
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 1,639
  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 1,013
  • Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 651
  • Islamabad: 859
  • Balochistan: 252
