RAWALPINDI, Oct 11: The engineers of army and Frontier Works Organization (FWO) have opened the Mansehra-Kohala-Muzaffarabad road for light transport. The Mansehra-Garhi Habibullah-Muzaffarabad road is open to all types of vehicles. The Mansehra-Balakot road has also been opened. —Online
