ACCORDING to a report released by the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA), the unavailability of safe drinking water is the leading cause of death in Pakistan. Being deprived of the basic necessities of life, the citizens are least bothered about political chaos in the country.

Terms like the 18th Amendment are used to cover up institutional irregularities. The institutions that were meant to provide relief and maintain checks and balances have been politicised.
