THE Horizon Testing Service (HTS) announced scholarships last year for the needy students of Balochistan. Testing services, like NTS, CTS and CTSP, are conducting tests while observing SOPs for Covid-19, but HTS is not following suit. It has been a year, and still we are waiting for roll number slips in order to sit the test. The authorities concerned should conduct examinations as soon as possible to facilitate the students.
