QUETTA, Oct 7: The third phase of the local government polls were held in a peaceful atmosphere in 26 districts of Balochistan. This was stated by Acting Chief Election Commissioner Justice Abdul Hamid Dogar who also claimed that elections in all the three phases of the local polls were held in a transparent, fair and impartial manner. He expressed satisfaction over security arrangements made for the polls. The Election Commission did its job satisfactorily, he told newsmen.
