CHAKWAL, Oct 7: District Police Officer (DPO) Mushtaq Hussain Burgat on Friday claimed to have arrested 16 outlaws involved in different cases of burglary, robbery and car and motorcycle snatching and recovered Rs2.1 million worth of stolen goods, says a press release.
