1,100 new cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in Sindh, taking the provincial tally to 213,193, according to Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.

Eighteen more people lost their lives due to the virus, with Sindh's death toll climbing to 3,520.

A total of 13,092 tests were carried out in the province in the last 24 hours, showing a positivity rate of 8.4 per cent.
