LAHORE: National coaching enrichment certificate program for wrestling coaches concluded here at Punjab College of Commerce, on Thursday.

All affiliated units of Pakistan Wrestling Federation — Army, Wapda, Railways, Police, HEC, Punjab, KP, Baluchistan, Islamabad, Sindh participated.

The participants learned the finer points about the latest knowledge in the fields of Sports Injuries, Long term Athlete Development, Periodisation, Fitness Variables, Wrestling Data Analysis and Wrestling competition strategy.
