Pakistan's Covid-19 tally has topped 400,000 with 2,458 cases reported in the last 24 hours.

The countrywide breakdown of cases is as follows:

• Sindh: 174,350
• Punjab: 119,578
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 47,370
• Balochistan: 17,187
• Islamabad: 30,406
• Gilgit Baltistan: 4,658
• Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 6,933

The country has also reported 66 fatalities from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, the first time that daily deaths have risen above 60 since July.
