MINORITIES constitute six per cent of Pakistan’s population. It is unfortunate that of late there is growing insecurity among them about their religious rights and personal safety as guaranteed by the Constitution which is based on the words and pledges the Quaid-i-Azam had delivered in his speeches.

The government should ensure that the minorities are given due security and religious freedom to live a peaceful life like any citizen of the country.
