ISLAMABAD, Sept 30: The Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) is organising a road race from Peshawar to Rawalpindi on Sunday. Cyclists drawn from all the provinces including those from Army, Railways, Sui Northern Gas and Wapda will take part in the competition.
