50,000 Afghan refugee families provided with cash assistance by UNHCR
UN Refugee Agency UNHCR has provided cash assistance to over 50,000 families of Afghan refugees in Pakistan who were impacted by the novel coronavirus.
According to a press release issued by UNHCR, the agency has collaborated with Ministry of States and Frontier Regions and the Pakistan Post to distribute aid and is aiming to reach 70,000 families.
