Punjab reports more than 400 daily cases for first time since July

With the second wave of Covid-19 intensifying, Punjab has reported more than 400 daily cases for the first time since July. The government's coronavirus portal shows that Punjab recorded 407 new infections in the last 24 hours, taking its total to 107,329. The province last reported more than 400 cases on July 18, when it confirmed 442 infections.

The province has also reported 12 more deaths from the virus, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,420.
