Punjab has reported 62 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, according to the government's Covid-19 portal. This has taken the provincial tally to 96,983.

It has also reported one additional fatality from the virus, taking the death toll to 2,205. According to the portal, 92,525 people have recovered in the province so far.
