Russia's national tally of the novel coronavirus cases is now the fourth largest in the world as authorities report 5,241 new cases, Reuters reported.

The total number of cases is now 877,135. The official death toll rose to 14,725 after officials said 119 people had died across the country in the last 24 hours.
