KARACHI: United Bank Ltd on Thursday posted net profit of Rs10.9 billion during 1HCY20, with earnings per share Rs8.94. This represented an increase of 19 per cent year, beating market expectations. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, it posted a 24pc jump in net profit but no dividend was announced as per State Bank guidelines for capital conservation.
