China has added seven Argentinian meat processing plants to its growing list of factories banned from exporting to the country as the coronavirus hits global meat processors, Reuters reported while quoting a document.

Argentina said it had suspended exports to China from eight meat plants after cases of the novel coronavirus were found among their employees.

Beijing has also asked Brazil to suspend exports from two additional plants over concerns about novel coronavirus outbreaks in the South American country, a person with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
