QUETTA, Sept 14: The Anti-Narcotics Force on Tuesday arrested a South African woman who was about to board a Pakistan International Airlines flight for Dubai at the Quetta airport with heroin in her stomach. The accused, Collins Jaoueline Charlene, was taken to the Civil Hospital, where doctors recovered 40 capsules of heroin from her stomach.
